Position exists to provide inside sales and office support to the NGCC Sales/Estimators, Technicians and Coordinator in the Natural Gas Conversion Company’s office.
Reporting to the Manager Marketing Communications, individual will assist with developing and executing marketing programs for SNGME, including sales material, collateral, advertising, events management and general sales support activities.
This position will, at a minimum, provide administrative support to the Regulatory Affairs department by ensuring materials are updated, responses to requests from state public utility commissions are timely, documents are updated, recordkeeping is organized, and internal communications are clear to other departments. Regulatory programs will be managed based on state rules and reported for compliance. Regulatory expense budgets and expenses will be monitored and conveyed to proper internal parties.
The Residential Sales Representative is responsible for obtaining new residential customers for Summit Natural Gas of Maine.
To provide quality customer service by responding to and resolving questions and problems related to a wide variety of customer-related functions via telephone, walk-in customers, electronically and by written correspondence. This position is also required to identify and transfer gas emergency calls to appropriate department.
Administer the Accounts Receivable process for handling all aspects of customer payments.
This position is responsible for providing dispatching duties for all Summit Utilities, Inc. (SUI) field locations and supporting customer care team with phone coverage.
The Distribution Pipeline System Inspector will be responsible for the inspection of the gas distribution polyethylene pipeline project in the Cumberland, Falmouth, and Yarmouth service territory adhering to Summit Utilities, Inc. Technical Guidelines and applicable regulations.
The Construction Technician III (Foreman) provides labor and advanced skills; trains and directs assigned personnel in the installation and maintenance of natural gas distribution facilities, in accordance with Company O&M as well as local state and federal regulations.
