Michael P. Earnest – President and CEO Summit Utilities, Inc.

Since May, 1997, which was the inception of Colorado Natural Gas, Inc., Mr. Earnest, has been its President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director.  Prior to founding the company, from 1981 through May 1997, Mr. Earnest was Vice President of Operations for The Meter and Valve Company, which supplied equipment to natural gas utilities and pipeline companies.  Mr. Earnest was one of the founders and a member of the board of directors of Pinedale Natural Gas, Inc., from 1993 until 1995. From 1970 through 1981 Mr. Earnest was a detective for the Denver Police Department. Mr. Earnest attended Metropolitan State College majoring in criminology and business management. Mr. Earnest currently is a member of the Board of Directors of: Summit Utilities, Inc. (Colorado Natural Gas, Inc. & Missouri Gas Utility, Inc.), Southern Missouri Natural Gas, Southwest Water Company and AGS Resources LLLP

Timothy Johnston – Executive Vice President

Tim serves as executive vice president, secretary, and as a director of Summit Utilities, Inc. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Johnston was president of TJ Engineering, Inc., which provided contract engineering services to the natural gas industry.  Mr. Johnston was with Greeley Gas Company for ten years prior to forming TJ Engineering.  Mr. Johnston was manager of the engineering department for Greeley Gas which is located in Greeley, Colorado.  Tim also served as engineering and measurement supervisor in the engineering department of Greeley Gas.  Prior to joining Greeley Gas, Mr. Johnston was with MAPCO Inc., an oil and gas production company.  Mr. Johnston has a Bachelor of Science degree from the Colorado School of Mines and his MBS from CSU.

Rick H. Lawler – Chief Financial Officer

Rick H. Lawler joined Summit Utilities as Chief Financial Officer in April 2008. Formerly he was the Chief Financial Officer of WRC Corporation, an integrated land management and engineering consulting company serving the natural gas pipeline, electric power and transportation industries. Prior to joining WRC, Mr. Lawler provided consulting services to a broad range of companies in the energy industry, performing interim financial management roles including infrastructure development, strategy implementation, and control environment establishment. During his early career, Mr. Lawler led financial and operations organizations ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar divisions. Mr. Lawler earned an MBA from Oklahoma City University in 1994 and a BA, Accounting and Political Science, from Texas State University in 1978. He is a certified public accountant.

Eric M. Earnest – Vice President of Business Development and Construction

Eric serves as the Vice President of Business Development and Construction for Summit Utilities, Inc and is primarily responsible for organizing and overseeing the Company's expansion efforts in the field, as well as planning and executing the Company's growth plans. Mr. Earnest is a 1999 graduate of Colorado State University, with a degree in Business Marketing and a certificate in Project Management. Mr. Earnest has been with the Company since 2003, with his first assignments consisting of Project Management of field construction. He served as Manager of Engineering and Construction beginning in 2005 and began working in his present position in 2006.

Kenneth C. Wolfe - Vice President and General Counsel

Mr. Wolfe is the vice president and general counsel of Summit Utilities, Inc. and each subsidiary since its inception.  Mr. Wolfe earned degrees in finance and law from The Ohio State University.  While teaching at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, he obtained a Masters degree in accounting and finance.  His practice is primarily limited to business planning and corporate matters.  Ken taught accounting, finance, tax and law at the university level for 26 years.
