Del D. Hock
Mr. Hock is the retired chairman and CEO of Public Service Company of Colorado, now known as Xcel Energy Company, having been employed by that company for 34 years. Previously, Mr. Hock was employed by Arthur Young & Co. as a certified public accountant and by General Electric Company as an accountant. Mr. Hock is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.

Michael P. Earnest
Since May, 1997, which was the inception of Colorado Natural Gas, Inc., Mr. Earnest, has been its President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director. Prior to founding the company, from 1981 through May 1997, Mr. Earnest was Vice President of Operations for The Meter and Valve Company, which supplied equipment to natural gas utilities and pipeline companies. Mr. Earnest was one of the founders and a member of the board of directors of Pinedale Natural Gas, Inc., from 1993 until 1995. From 1970 through 1981 Mr. Earnest was a detective for the Denver Police Department. Mr. Earnest attended Metropolitan State College majoring in criminology and business management. Mr. Earnest currently is a member of the Board of Directors of: Summit Utilities, Inc. (Colorado Natural Gas, Inc. & Missouri Gas Utility, Inc.), Southern Missouri Natural Gas, Southwest Water Company and AGS Resources LLLP
Kenneth I. Bonn
Mr. Bonn is a vice president and a senior asset manager in the Infrastructure Investments Group. Ken serves on the boards of two regulated natural gas distribution companies, Southern Missouri Natural Gas and Summit Utilities. Before joining the group as part of the acquisitions team in January 2007, Ken worked closely with the Infrastructure Investments COO in launching the fund, and was responsible for project management and business development for the Infrastructure Investments Group. An employee since 2000, he previously served as a VP of Finance for the U.S. Global Multi Asset Group and various hedge fund businesses, including Highbridge. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Ken worked in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche with a focus on investment companies including hedge funds, private equity and mutual funds. Ken holds a B.S. in accounting from Rutgers University and earned an MBA in finance from NYU Stern School of Business. He is also a CPA.
Armando A. Pena
Mr. Peña spent his career (1971-2004) with American Electric Power (AEP), one of the largest electric utilities in the United States. He served as Senior Vice President - Financial Policy from 2003 until 2004 and was Treasurer of AEP and its subsidiary companies, including AEP Service Corp., from 1995 until 2003. Prior to being Treasurer, Mr. Peña had been promoted to Vice President - Finance in 1989, was elected assistant Vice President - Banking and Security Analyst Relations in 1982 and served as Assistant to the President in 1979. Mr. Peña joined the company in 1971 as a controllership staff analyst. Mr. Peña immigrated to the US with his family from Cuba in 1961. He received a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami in Florida in 1966 and an MS in Management from MIT in 1968. In addition, he completed the AEP Management Development Program at the University of Michigan.

Robert F. Hill
Mr. Hill formed the Denver law firm of Hill and Robbins in 1978. Mr. Hill graduated from the University of the Colorado School of Law in 1970 where he was co-editor-in-chief of the Law Review. He serves on several boards for non-profit and charitable corporations. Mr. Hill joined as a member of the board for the Company in May, 2006.

Daniel J. Schuller
Mr. Schuller is an executive director and a senior asset manager in the Infrastructure Investments Group. Dan serves on the boards of SouthWest Water, Southern Missouri Natural Gas, and Summit Utilities. Before joining the firm, Dan was a manager with Mars & Co., an international management consulting firm, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies on assignments primarily related to revenue and profit growth and acquisitions/divestitures. Prior to that, he was a civil engineering instructor and graduate assistant at Purdue University and a civil engineer with Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. As an engineer, Dan focused on the design and construction of municipal infrastructure in the Chicago area. Dan holds B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in civil engineering from Purdue University, and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

James M. Anderson
Mr. Anderson is a senior vice president of Municipal Capital Markets Group, Inc. Mr. Anderson is the investment banker in charge of the Company’s investment banking account at Municipal Capital Markets Group, Inc. Mr. Anderson has been with Municipal Capital Markets Group, Inc. since 1996. Prior to that time, he was an investment banker with Sutro & Co. and Prudential Securities. Mr. Anderson was the CEO of Anderson DeMonbrun, Inc., a brokerage firm, before being acquired by Prudential Securities. Mr. Anderson has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Denver.

Don Basler
Mr. Basler was previously the Director of Natural Gas Services at Xcel Energy, where he was responsible for directing all aspects of the gas delivery system in Colorado from marketing to design, construction and operation of the gas delivery system. Mr. Basler was also the CEO and a board member of Veterans Green Jobs, Vice President of WestGas InterState, principal and partner of the RMH Group a consulting engineering firm and an officer in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War with assignments on the Minuteman Weapon System and for NASA projects. Mr. Basler is a graduate of the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
